The British television channel says it plans to broadcast the death of an American man at a Swiss euthanasia clinic. The death of 59-year-old Craig Ewert in 2006 is due to be shown Wednesday during a documentary on the Sky Real Lives channel. Ewert had degenerative motor neuron disease and died at a clinic in Zurich run by the group Dignitas.
